Our Story
We are two physiotherapists who met while working in Kingston, Ontario, and recognized a significant gap in home-based physiotherapy services for individuals needing neurological rehabilitation. Inspired to make a difference, we established a practice dedicated to minimizing this disparity by offering specialized neurological physiotherapy. Our goal is to provide accessible, high-quality neuro physiotherapy in Kingston, empowering individuals with neurological conditions to regain control of their health.
Our Services
At Neurologix Rehabilitation, we start with a comprehensive initial assessment to create a personalized treatment plan, followed by regular re-assessments to ensure you’re progressing toward your goals. Our specialized neurological physiotherapy includes a wide range of physiotherapy services such as balance training, endurance building, functional strength training, stretching, and hydrotherapy. Our mission is to provide the care and support you need to regain confidence and independence in your daily activities through effective neurological rehabilitation, including neuro physiotherapy in Kingston.
Who we Serve
We provide specialized neurological rehabilitation for individuals with a range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Our neuro physiotherapy services also support recovery following various surgical procedures, such as spinal surgeries (laminectomy, fusion, discectomy) and brain surgeries (craniotomy, tumour resections). Sarah Mulvihill, PT
I am an enthusiastic physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals regain independence and return to meaningful activities through specialized neurological physiotherapy. I earned a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology from Queen's University in 2018, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2021.
With experience working across a variety of settings, including community, outpatient, and inpatient environments, I specialize in neurological rehabilitation, particularly in treating individuals with neurological conditions. I am trained in the Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) approach and have had the privilege of learning from and collaborating with others who share expertise in this method. My approach to neuro physiotherapy is both empathetic and creative, tailoring physiotherapy services to meet the needs of each client. I focus on providing functional, individualized services that promote independence and enhance quality of life.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy hiking, biking, trying new recipes, reading a good book, and thrift hunting.

I am a dedicated physiotherapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation, with a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation. After completing my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2018, I went on to earn my Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University in 2020.
My passion for helping others stems from my belief in the power of individualized care and the impact it can have on a person's recovery and quality of life. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based physiotherapy services tailored to each patient's unique needs. With a focus on promoting mobility, independence, and overall well-being, I strive to empower clients through specialized neurological physiotherapy to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
I have a special interest in and have taken courses in hydrotherapy with CARI (Canadian Aquatic Rehab Instructors), which complements my knowledge in neuro physiotherapy in Kingston.
Outside of work, I love being in nature—camping, paddle boarding, finding new lakes and trails to explore, as well as spending time with family and friends.
